Usage: 

It is swallowed to the baby in the first year by rubbing it on a stone platform along with water, on the empty stomach.
The herbs are rubbed once in a circular motion during the baby’s first month. The number of circular motions is increased every month, one time in the first month, two times in the second month, and so on.
