Dose
Baidyanath Gokshuradi Kadha should be consumed after consulting a physician. Generally, the below steps are followed to have this supplement.

Have this 2-3 times a day
Have 4-6 tablespoon of the tonic a day
Drink the health supplement before having food, in an empty stomach
Mix an equal amount of lukewarm water with the tonic before having the tonic
